If cost is a barrier to care, please reach out — we offer sliding scale rates for patients who qualify, and we don't want affordability to stand in the way of your treatment.

We accept Standard Medicare, which covers 80% of the session cost.

We're currently only in network with New York Standard Medicaid. If you have a Medicaid plan that we're not in network with, our self-pay rate if $120.

For private insurance members, our billing specialist will verify and inform you of any copay or coinsurance costs prior to your first session.
Yes, insurance providers will cover visits to multiple different PT clinics.
At the moment, patients can schedule one session per week. Your Walk US physical therapist will work with you to create an appropriate plan of care for your needs.

Do I need a bone scan (DXA) before my session?
During the complimentary 15-minute virtual screening call, the physical therapist will let you know if a bone scan (DXA) is necessary.​
